T-series continues…

The t-series continues to evolve. I’ve created a little over 80 individual images by now, but have not yet added all the latest ones to this site. Here are two I’ve done recently. One is printed on the pages of a cannibalized book, the other a hand colored print.

After the Flood

One of my fascinations, one of the themes to which I return time and again, are beach scenes. Here I’ve worked some of my drawings on the beach into larger images of dislocation. Not difficult to see an influence of Beckmann here, I guess.

The Lovers

One of the first lino cuts I did, printed on the pages of an old book. In fact, if I recall correctly, it was a printing of Montessori’s ‘Method’, published in the 1920’s. I liked the thick soft paper that soaked up the ink really well.
